- Daily Rates are net per room per night inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT

- Rates are quoted based on a 30 days month. The rate for months with 28 or 31 days will be adjusted based on the daily rate of a 30 days month.
- For tenancy of less than three months, a security deposit of half month rental plus one month rent in advance is required.
- For tenancy of more than three months, a security deposit of two months rental plus one month rent in advance is required.
